Cirevant

Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026

Cirevant is made by CIREVANT LLC, a Missouri company. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (www.cirevant.com) and the Cirevant application (app.cirevant.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

This website and the waitlist

Browsing this site does not require an account, and we do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social-media pixels.

If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and Missouri Bar number. You may also tell us your practice areas, firm size, county or metro area, current software, current spend, and how you heard about us. We record the time you submitted the form, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and any campaign codes in the link you arrived from.

We use this information to manage the waitlist, verify that you hold a Missouri law license, and decide who to invite as we open access. We will email you about Cirevant and nothing else. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a bot and may set a cookie to do so. Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare’s D1 database, and confirmation emails are sent through Mailgun. We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist is retired, whichever comes first.

The Cirevant application

Cirevant is practice-management software for law firms. A firm that uses Cirevant puts its own records into it: matters, contacts, calendar entries, documents, messages, call and text logs, time entries, and bills. That information belongs to the firm. The firm decides what to store, who at the firm can see it, and when to delete it. We process it only to run the service for the firm and never use it for advertising, train models on it, or sell it.

To sign you in and run the service we collect your name, email address, and the identity Auth0 gives us when you sign in with Google. We log who did what inside the application so that the firm has an audit trail and so we can diagnose problems.

Firm data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only firm users the firm has authorized can see a firm’s data in the application. Our staff access it only to support the firm or to keep the service running.

If you are a client of a firm that uses Cirevant, the firm is responsible for what it stores about you. Please direct requests about your records to the firm.

Connected third-party accounts

A firm can connect outside accounts to Cirevant. We ask only for the access the feature needs, and disconnecting the account in Cirevant revokes our access.

  • Google. With a connected Google account we read and write calendar events so that the firm’s Cirevant calendar and Google Calendar stay in sync. If the firm turns on email features, we read, send, and organize mail in that Gmail account so the firm can file email with the right matter. Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
  • Dropbox. With a connected Dropbox account we read basic account information and read, write, and list files so that we can create a folder for each matter and keep a copy of matter documents in the firm’s Dropbox.

The access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted with a separate key-management service before they are stored, and they are used only to perform the work described above.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run Cirevant, and only for that purpose: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, and file storage), Auth0 (sign-in), Twilio (phone calls and text messages), Mailgun (email), Cloudflare (this website, the waitlist database, and bot protection), and a payment processor when a firm turns on online payments.

We will also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the safety or rights of Cirevant, our users, or others. If CIREVANT LLC is sold or merged, firm data and waitlist entries transfer with it under this policy.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your waitlist entry, or to stop receiving email from us, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Firm users can export and delete firm data inside the application or by asking us. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because we do not track you across other sites.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the effective date above. For a change that affects how we use information we already hold, we will also email waitlist members and firm administrators before it takes effect.
